What we collect
Account details (name, email, role), company and project records your organization enters (estimates, contracts, drawings, photos, time, production, costs, invoices), device information needed to run the field app (such as browser type and, only if your company turns on geofencing, the location at clock-in), and basic usage logs used for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
To run the service for your company: store and calculate your project and financial records, send notifications you asked for, keep an audit trail, and keep accounts secure. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your company data to train AI models.
Who can see it
Each company's data is isolated from every other company at the database level. Inside your company, what a person sees depends on the role your administrator gives them. For example, field roles do not see pay rates or profit. External parties (subcontractors, vendors, clients) only see records your company shares with them.
Third-party services
We use infrastructure providers to host the application and database, to store files (such as drawings and photos), and to deliver email. If your company connects accounting software or enables payments (for example Stripe), the data needed for that connection is shared with that provider under their privacy terms. Weather data is requested using project location only.
Cookies
We use one essential, secure, HTTP-only cookie to keep you signed in. The field app stores unsynced entries on your device so work is not lost without a signal. We do not use advertising cookies.
Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and to opt out of any sale or sharing (we do neither). Some records, such as financial ledgers and audit history, must be kept by your employer for legal and accounting reasons. In those cases we restrict access instead of deleting. Contact us and we will respond within 30 days.
Retention & security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is logged, and deleted accounts are soft-deleted and then purged after the retention period your company agreed to.
